Master of Counselling Student, Monash University, Hong Kong

I have a background of over 15 years in the Education sector and my counselling experience includes working with individuals with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, career changes, parenting challenges, school issues, teen issues, and low self-esteem. I have also worked with parents and their children who have mild Autism, Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Sensory Processing Disorder, and Learning Difficulties.

I use a person-centred, holistic, and integrative approach and will tailor the treatment to your personal needs and life experience. I primarily use evidence-based techniques that include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness. I enjoy helping people work through their challenges in life. I believe counselling is a collaborative experience built on trust, empathy, and honest communication. I would describe my counselling style as warm, supportive, and non-judgmental, ensuring that clients feel respected and heard. I will work with you to identify your goals and empower you to utilize your unique strengths to move forward and live life to the fullest.
