Master of Counselling Student, Monash University, Hong Kong

As a counsellor, it is important for me to build a strong relationship with my clients so that they feel safe and heard. As such, I’m reflective and compassionate and believe that counselling is a partnership in which we can work collaboratively in order to reach your goals. I have worked as an educator for over 7 years and am currently completing my Master of Counselling at Monash University.

I have experience working with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, and low self-esteem and have worked with a range of groups, such as those who have developmental and learning disabilities or difficulties. I have also worked with families of children who have learning and behavioural needs. I use an integrative approach that includes Cognitive Behavioural Techniques (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques.

I am interested in healthy living and believe in a holistic approach that nurtures one’s relationship with their body and mind. I have a background in dance, yoga, and art and enjoy listening to music and being outdoors in my free time.
